Gaining a best friend's trust

How do we gain the trust from our bestfriend/s???... I thought when you consider them your BESTfriends it is time for you to give your Full trust on them... and in return I am doing the same too but sometimes there's instances that they are doubting on me in some cases like when the secrets we've shared are revelead to other people and sometimes I feel they have this feeling that I am the one who talked about it.
