Traffic Exchange do work ?

Hi friends as you all know that trafic exchange is not solution for making traffic to blog as the readers are not interested. But i choose it to give it a try i found that some of the people through traffic were reading my blog for 45-60 min. That was very good. Whats your opinon. Hi friend...I have always though that any
trafic you get from such
sources would convert very
poorly simply because people
have an incentive to go to
your site. They are not really
interested users, simple visitors
who are visiting your site to
get extra credits...
