Reviews about avataar?

hi friends, I am really excited to watch Avatar but somehow I am not getting the tickets and watch it in a theater, can someone give me a review about the movie, is it worth watching or just another movie with some special effects. I am really looking forward for your reviews and decide, as whatever I have heard was a mixed review and not very much sure should I go ahead or not?
