how can we enjoy life?

Stop and smell the roses. Don't get so hung up and focused on getting to where you're going without enjoying where you are. Relax and just enjoy. Don't spend so much time worknig until you don't give yourself any time to play. Laugh and love your friends and family. Make new friends, explore new interest and do some of those things that you have dream of since you were a child like walking bare foot on the beach, laying in the grass at night staring at the stars and playing in the rain.

Hello! Life is too short to live in this earth as they say. But how can we enjoy it? When we say enjoy, there are many ways to enjoy life, it is in money, career, vices and other activity that you have everyday. But frankly our life will never be enjoy without contentment. As I research money can't buy happiness but it will add happiness. Remember also that GOD is the source of happiness in life, why not try it. In my observation, developing country are poor country, but as you can see them they are happy in-spite of their situations because they are contented. So be contented, so that we will be happy.

Hi. I agree with you. For me, contentment is the key to enjoying life here on Earth. The very reason why many of us do not enjoy life is because we're not always contented with what we've got...we always want to have more...we always worry about the our past and future.
