Facebook: "Paypal wishlist"

I have seen this "paypal wishlist" a couple of times now- its some facebook app that allows you to earn money?
None on my facebook friends have it, and neither do I. Does anyone on mylot?
What excatly is it? I do have a paypal account, but I'm kind of afraid that this whole thing is some sort or scam, and will get my facebook account deleted. :o

you don't need to worry, its true, as long as you follow the terms and condition on the promotion of PayPal, you will get the money, it is until December 31, 2009, applicable only for India, Indonesia, Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam. I have also a PayPal wishlist, you may go to the paypal website and check it, once your there, please read the terms and condition.

It's an app run out of singipore. Basically, if you install the app on your account. You get a dollor. If you invite friends through it, you get even more money (only if they install the app too). However, there is a catch. You have to be in the elegable countries listed under tearms and conditions. So yeah its not as easy as it sounds.
