It is always better to be calm

It is better to be calm instead of panicking and being tense. Being calm is also good for health where as tension brings in with it all problems relating to bad health. To keep a smiling face is advisable for every body. What do you think?

It's better to be calm, but difficult to hold to on to patience. There are many situations in life when we get restless for nothing. Such restlessness and stress obviously will lead to blood pressure and diabetes and different kinds of nervous disorders. Calmness can be attained with breath control exercises and meditation. It can also be attained by developing good wisdom and more understanding towards other people's imperfections and misdemeanor. I try not to lose my patience and temper a lot of times, but still I do get angry and erupt for small things, which could be handled with more patience. But yea, I also try smiling most of the times and laughing things off. Just keep smiling at everybody, and they will smile back at you.

I think that is is best to be calm and to feel happy in life. I know that tension can bring neck ache. For my sister I know that stress can bring very strong headaches and sickness. In every day life it is possible to stay happy. However being ill never makes me happy. Some situations can be stressful like a practical driving test.

You are right..Being calm is a good solution for many problems..Many times, silence slows down the anger of the opposite person..Also when we are silent the chances of getting into trouble reduces. BUt it is important to speak out at few situations..And do not be calm at those times.

You are right about that and I totally agree with you. It brings calmness inside your body and therefore will result to bad health. I am a victim of being always feeling the tension around me and it is not doing good for me. I get skin irritations and stomach upset.

I do think that it is better to be calm because as you said, it is good for our health, however I also believe that if there are stressful times and angry moments in which you have to just express, you should express it if you can't be calm because it's also unhealthy for us to bottle those emotions in. It's good to express some emotions. But it's also bad for us to express too much anger and such feelings because it is detrimental towards us. Also, you should always try to be happy and not purposely panicky or tense just out of habit.
