Do You Use Paypal?

I think Paypal is one of the best things to ever come around, it's so easy and simple to use. I use it mainly when I buy and sell items on eBay, it's very convenient for me to use it and it's the only way you can accept payment when you sell on eBay, it makes it good to know it's an instant payment and you can mail out someones item or items promptly. It use to be a pain in the rare when eBay like sellers accept Money Orders and Personal Checks, by the time you received it in the mail and it cleared in the bank it took up to a week sometimes and than the person would complain they got their item late! Unreal! I'm so glad I don't have to deal with that hassle anymore. It's also great that so many of these PTC and Earning Sites pay you via Paypal, it's secure and fast!! The only think I dislike about Paypal is the fact when you sell something on eBay and the buyer pays with Paypal, Paypal takes fees but there's nothing I can do about that one, I understand that just like you the seller, they have to make money somehow as well. Do you use Paypal on a regular basis? What do you like or not like about it and what do you think about it overall?

I don't. But I really never gave it much thought. It was just a place for me to ask for my money in the form of a check. At first it took awhile to simply get any money in my paypal account. But the more I joined sites, the more I belonged to sites that offered their payout to paypal. So I haven't used paypal on an online website yet, but I probably will at sometimes in the new future.

I didn't understand pay pal at first but I signed up for it with ebay in mind and it is really helpful. I used to be able to pay quickly with it but now I use e-checks for some reason which take 10 days to clear, it is sometimes annoying but luckily the people on ebay don't mind.

That is so cool. What products do you sell on eBay and is the process easy or tedious. I agree with you that Paypal usage has been very easy as of late, more especially when there's this verification process thingy going on and all that. That will ensure buyers and sellers having convenience at their fingertips.

I too enjoy using Paypal too. I don't like the fact that you have to pay the Ebay and Paypal fees for each transaction you make as a Seller. It really cuts into your profit margin. I feel its more safer than AlertPay since I don't need a minimum amount to request a withdrawal. A lot of online places are using Paypal now.

I Think Paypal is amazing and doing a great job in dealing with online payments. It's fast and secure. I haven't had a glitch whatsoever. I have transferred money to my bank account and it has very consistent so far. Not only that, the fact that it has ties with most online paying programs helps us with our online earnings as well. Paypal has certainly made my work easier.

In this context I want to share something which my good friend recently told me. I am sure you know it but for those who do not here it is once again. [i]PayPal will not close your account 'one day'. After 1 year it will become inactive. Eventually, you'll receive an email regarding escheatment, which is a legal requirement, and is meant to help return your money to you. If the money can't be returned to you, it's turned over to the state. PayPal can not and does not 'keep' that money. You can contact PayPal by phone, and as long as you verify that the mailing address on your account is correct, an override can be entered (and noted that you approved it) and a check can be sent out to your address, and the account closed. Hi, Yes Paypal does make a lot of things easier and it's definitely fast and secure, they help sellers a lot on eBay. I had a few issues in the past and they resolved them quickly and ended up ruling in my favor : )it's great that you can transfer money from and to your bank account from Paypal as well, it helps out that their are many options. A lot of online programs and work pay through Paypal and it's awesome because it's directly put into your account.

Yes, I use Paypal. I have been a member with them for over two years now. I like the fact that my money is secure with them. If someone has paid me, they immediately send me an notification. The only thing that I dislike about them is the fact that a dispute will not be handled by them if someone sent you an E-book. You will have to correspond back and forth with them. The seller can win and you could lose. This happened to me, and it is such a long story. Another thing that I dislike about Paypal is the fact that you can't use the same bank account twice. That means that you will have to register again as having a new email address. Overall Paypal is very trusted in making sure that your money stays safe and secure with them.

Their very fast at taking care of disputes, I've had to deal with a few over eBay before and they resolve it in a fast and friendly manner. I never had a problem with them not ruling in my favor since I was a seller and the buyer didn't want to pay and they just wanted to cause problems for me, thanks to Paypal for resolving it.

Hi Celebratelifeh, Is it true that we can not withdraw the money to the bank account? I think it can work, but the commission is very high there, thus if the amount is low, it did not deserve to withdraw.

Yeah, I thought that after I posted it that, that is how mylot pays people but I was wondering if people used it for other reasons or sites as well. A lot of sites accept it as payment now if your buying merchandise which is great.

I began using Paypal because of eBay, and I admit that it has its good and its bad points. The main bad point is the fee you have to pay when someone pays you in your Paypal account. The good point is that is really quick and easy to pay.

I agree, the transfer fee is very high, at the very beginning, I prefer to withdraw the money at my own effort, but it seems that it is not realistic. It will cost several month's hard working on mylot to cover the transfer fee.

I agree you can be eligible for many programs and deals online if you use Paypal, more or less on a regular basis. I do love buying things online and paying with Paypal because than the item is paid for you don't have to worry if you we're paying with a credit card, Paypal is like using a bank account it takes the money out directly and it's paid for in a matter of seconds.

With more and more transactions being done over the internet, Paypal is emerging as the payment mode of choice of most people. The good thing about Paypal is that if you see Paypal being offered as a payment mode for any product or a payout you can generally trust that site. Paypal usually associates itself with profitable businesses and when they fail to honor their commitment Paypal usually dissociates itself with it. The bad of course is that Paypal charges fees but then good things don't come free.
