We all worried about getting older don't you. Let's face we are worried that we will soon leave this world. I think that i may have this worry too. i am no exception. sometimes i just wish life will be more kind and will be longer to experience the beauty of life. and despite the relative short time we have in this world, we experience so many problems in life and live our life far from the ideal life that we wish it would be. And so many times i sit down and think how wasted my life had been, how my life just spent in solving problems and getting through life. Life has not been easy for me and like i get old pretty old just to survive life and now i just realized and i am pretty old and still have not enjoyed my life. Anyways, i started to worry about my age when i was young like 11 or so. cause i feel that life is pretty fast. and so i worried that i am getting fast. but of course i just tried to push that worry away and each year as i get older i just sign in unbelief in how fast life can be. though i am not showing to other people that i am getting worried or acting like i am really worried but of course at the back of my mind there is this thought crossing my mind why my life is not that good. before i wished that if i would be more successful in life or have more money then i will happier in life and i will be less worried in life. but i guess money is not really the answer to my worry and lack of contentment in life. So at what you started to worry about your age or getting older.

Maybe, I'll be a bit scared when I'm 40 and truly scared by the time I reach 50 if I don't get to improve my life.

I'm 3 years away from my 40th birthday so I have to act doubly fast.

I mostly don't worry about it, though occasionally I have aches and pains and things. But I guess I worried about it a little when my mom passed away.

that is nice to learn that you are not a type person that worries a lot. but sometimes i feel that i really need to worry specially when i felt that my life was not going in the right direction. but if my life is heading the right way i feel i will not worry at all even if i am getting older.

I think it was this year that I have started to worry about getting older, I know that it is a bit crazy that at 22 that I worry about it, but time just keeps going by faster and faster, and there was such an exciting anticipation to get to 21, so every year after just is not exciting, its another year closer to getting old.

i think that it is really just normal to worry about your age that early. and even earlier than that is just normal also. i have heard a conversation of young teens before when i was in public bus. and this one girl was telling her friends that she was already 19, and will be 20 soon and then 25 and 29 and so forth. she didn't want to get older and i can see the worry in this young girl's face.

I just recently started to worry. I have always worried but just took it for granted. Im only twenty two but i feel like life is passing by faster everyday. Im starting to care more about what i eat. Im starting to want to take care of my skin more often. Im tring to take vitamins daily and increase my calcium. Im trying to take more care of my hair. I worry that ten years or even twenty years down the road alot of this will change and if i dont take care of it i could look older even sooner. So last night as i brushed my hair and practically bathed in lotion i thought to myself where do i see myself in thirty years.

I am far from old at this point. I am only 28. I really have not thought about getting old in terms of fear or worry. I look forward to each and every day I am living. There are only a few things that are certain to us as humans: we will be born, we will age, and we will die. All the rest that happens can vary from person to person. I find that aging gives me more knowledge and more appreciation for life. I cannot imagine be afraid of the inevitable. Being afraid of aging or being afraid of dying seems like a waste of time to me. They are going to happen at some point in time. My joints are going to start aching, I will have more grey hair, what is important to me will become stronger. I can't change that other than to live life happy and healthy each and every day. If you are not satisfied with parts of your life, make a change. Figuare out what it is that you want and go for it. You are never too old to make things happen. You can make yourself happy and you can get rid of anything negative in your life. I know for me I will not look back on my past and wish I had done different, I will continue to look to the future and make adjustments to my life to acheive my dreams. I also have no fears of leaving this world. I am made up of energy and since energy cannot be destroyed I am not really leaving at all. My spirit will take on a new form or shape and my energy will continue to whiz around this Earth.

conquer your fear of aging, because aging is just another part of life. You have to control the chemicals that in your brain that makes you unhappy or not content. It is easy, the unconscious mind is what you have to change and that is made by exercises, knowledge, chemicals. Those chemicals become active whenever we let them- ..... Sorry, it is time to exercise my mind..To be continued...
