Hey everyone, How much do you know about computers, if your computer has an issue do you need to ask others for help? Or do others come to you for pc help?

Once upon a time I knew absolutely nothing about computers and then I would have to call upon others to help me out. However, I took a course in Computer Maintenance and Installation, known as the A+ and now I do everything myself in terms of fixing and repairing my own computer. I also would like to help others and gain some real world experience in the field. I did study hard for the qualification after all and I don't want it to go to waste. So, I'm a qualified IT Technician!! Andrew

I can't say I know a lot about computer, maybe a little better than general people. When my computer have some problem,I used to solve it by myself, many times I search the problem on internet. In fact,I'm still asking sb. to help me,someone on internet, however.Like iheartdr0mztm,I'm not good at hardware.

I'm eager to learn about computers/laptops whether it's hardware or software problems. But before you went into troubleshooting something that you don't know you must first have a little research before you do the task. I do everything on my pc/laptop. I learn from time to time whenever there are problems. I sometimes seek for help on the web. In that way I learn something and in some ways I can teach what I learn whenever someone ask for my help.
