how many percent does a legal child gets from his father in case of abandonment or separation?

They have a formula based on the income of both parents and how many dependents they both have. Then of course you have to hope he will actually pay it...I haven't recieved a penny in 8 years...though the lack of contact doesn't upset me at all...

it depends on a lot of things. They take into consideration how much the father makes a month and how many children he has in his home...and also the income of the mother.
