Student stabbed to death by another student inside School Canteen

One college student was eating with his friends in high college school canteen and when he went away to walk on some corner of the canteen he was approached by two other students, this is right when there were lots of students passing and sitting in front of the table and talking inside the canteen. There is Camera somewhere in the ceiling of the canteen and they were able to see how things happened so fast and no students seemed to notice what actually happened. They just noticed it when the student came back to the table where the friends where and just suddenly collapsed after a few seconds sitting in front of them. It was really bothering to watch this news and think about this. IS the school being used as a place to corner other people and do their dark plans. It just sickens me to know how this murderer was able to bail when the judge lowered his crime from murder to a lighter one which is bailable.
