Pregnancy help for my wife please....

My wife is pregnant, and this is only her second pregnancy. the first one was over 10 yrs ago, and she miscarried within the 2nd month, and this time she's hoping and praying that this one sticks. So because of it, she panics so much at every little thing. Her biggest concern is coming from the stuff she has been reading online. See, she is only 2 1/2 months pregnant, and aside from the morning sickness, she hasn't had any "normal" or "typical" pregnancy symptoms. One of the main ones she read, was that within the first 3 months, her breast SHOULD become a tad sore/sensitive, and SHOULD start growing (because of the milk being produced). Well, she's almost at the 3 month mark, and her breast have not hurt her at all, nor have they grown at all. So she's really worried. She can't get in to see her doctor till around feburary, and she's afraid, because the last pregnancy, even though she was a little over 2 months along, the doctor did an ultrasound and said he couldn't find a strong heartbeat, and that the baby was the size of a 3-4 week old fetus, not a 10 week old as it should be. A week after that appointment she miscarried. So you can see her frustration, right? Is she right to be worried at the lack of pain and growth in her breasts? or should she just relax and calm down? We've tried to look it up online but can find nothing. Before we go to the ER and look like dummies, we decided I'd ask you fine folks your opinions. Thanks in advance

i would advice that it is good to have a contact number of your doctor and phone him/her whenever some new little things scare you and needed at least an advice over the phone on whats the best thing to do to make her calm. i may not be a mom but i understand that having peace of mind is one important thing that she should remember aside from eating healthy foods. peace to both of you datrastaman71 and merry christmas!
