How do you take care of your skin?

Our skin is the most visible part of our body and so it's nice to look at the person if he/she has a nice, smooth and flawless skin. We should take care of our skin in order to make us look better, for me i had a brownish skin tone and i easily gets pimple if i don't care to clean up my face every morning and night. I also try to drink vitamin E supplement to make my skin more healthy to look at since i am going to be 30 years old soon, i'd still want to look young at my age. how about you? how do take care of your skin? are you being harsh or being too careful with your skin, share it with us.

Hai Xannebull, well I have to say that one should start, taking care of one's skin quite early, especially when you are in your early 30's, that's how you can avoid or can delay the signs of aging in the later years.Following simple tips like- 1.Avoid sleeping with your makeup on, no matter how tired you are, always make sure to remove your makeup with cleanser or milk,or anything that you generally use. 2.cleansing, is the important part, it cleans up the dirt and the pollution and avoids popping up of pimples and other problems. 3.Using good moisturisers, and sunscreen lotions and wearing sunglasses while going out all help us, in having a much younger and flawless skin.

I maintain my skin by having lot of fruits and vegetables. foods that are rich in all vitamins and fibre give us a glow to our skin and fibre helps us maintain a proper slim body.

Well, I agreed with you that we should take care of our skin in order to make use look better. For myself, I maintaine my skin by cleaning it twice a day with Nu Skin cleanser and enhancer to moisturizing. It keeps me moist & feeling good everyday.

hello xannebull, I care my skin the way to take a bath everyday, after that i put some lotion all over my body. everytime i go out i sun sunblock on my face and put some sunblock lotion on my skin.

I take vitamin C and Calcium every day, and on every Friday, I take 100mg of NIACIN to flush out any impurities I may have in my body from drinks, food, pollution, etc. The vitamin C keeps your entire body (including your skin) healthy and radiant. Calcium keeps your entire body (also including your skin) strong and resilient

I feel that drinking more water can help towards having good skin. Im quite young and when i used to get spots i found that drinking plenty of water instead of fizzy drinks and greasy food, my skin would clear up nicely =D

Hi, xannebull, how are you doing! It is better for us to take care of our skin for we are female. All my friends always envy my pink skin, so they ask for tips to keep their skin better, however, I have nothing to tell them, for I hardly do anying on my skin, just eat many fruits and vegetables. But now, my skin is getting worse and worse, I do not know why, maybe I am getting older and older. Hehe..

Thank God,I have good skin.I am not bothered even to wash my face twice a day.I don't use any cream except some times in winters i apply cold cream that too when i feel very dry.I try to drink more water.that's it,nothing more than that.I resist to use much make up.I just use foundation whenever i go to a party.

I take care of my skin by cleaning it everyday (twice aday) with dove soap and moisturizing with Dove Cream Oil. Its the best product on the market as far as I'm concerned. It keeps everything moist and feeling great. Dry skin goes away so fast, I just found it about a month ago and its wonderful product.

I maintain myself skin by taking supplements good for my body and skin. These are the things I do for my body giving different good effects: Eating fruits and nutritious foods Have regular exercise Take vitamin E supplements Avoid stress as much possible Optimistic thinking Well rested sleep for more than 8 hours All of these contribute to a healthy skin and body. A treatment for mind and heart. This is good for those who are determined to change their lifestyle for a better and beneficial one.

Almost no care of my skin lol. Only use some cream for face and hands in late Autumn and winter to make them not too dry. I use nothing but water when washing my face. My skin is OK up till now.

I do consider myself as vain especially about my skin so i always take good care of it. I often buy mild and hypoallergenic soap in order to prevent irritation. I am also attracted to fair skin so I would love to have a fair and glowing skin as well. I bought some whitening products from the dermatologist and until now, I am still using it. I am already fair enough but I want my skin to look fairer than now. I wash my face with antibacterial facial wash every night to prevent the occurence of pimples. And after that, I put moisturizer on face before going to bed. I also drink milk because I believe it can help in maintaining the beauty of our skin.
