Does anyone have a good ab routine?

My doctor told me I need to start getting in shape. I've never been one to enjoy exercising so I'd like something that is pretty easy and straight forward. I've seen a lot of commercials for ab devices. Do any of them work? I was looking at some ( http://www.mydietarea.com/flex-belt-review/ ) and thinking hey, if these work that would be awesome! Then I'd just need to go running a bit and do some pushups and I'd be in good shape, right? Please let me know your experiences with this kind of thing. Thanks!

hi there! i been active in the gym and i tell you abs is made in the kitchen not in the gym....watch your diet, your daily diet must consist of 40% complex (low glycemic index) carbs, 40% protein and 20% healthy fats (poly&monosatured fats) in every 6 meal with time spacing of 2 1/2 or 3 hours, back it up with cardio exercise of 20-30 minutes..

Have you seen any of the professional bodybuilders or models claim that they owe their figure to such a device. Most of the celebrities go to Gyms or exercise at home and get good physic.
