Did you kids take gifts to the teachers today?

Today is our last day before school is out for the holiday's. I sent my daughter with a beanie babie for each of her teachers. I found it was the best thing to do. I have over 100 of them in my collection. I did not have to go out to buy gifts. So what did your kids take to school today?

Prior to retirement I was a Kindergarten teacher. Although it made me feel good that people remembered me at Christmas time, I have boxes filled with little gifts I received from them. Very few were anything I could actually use. I would have preferred a plate of homemade candy or cookies or a small gift card to a local store over all the little, cutesy items I received. Please keep this in mind when giving gifts to teachers.

well when i was a kid , i used to make cards for my teachers on almost every occasions and when it comes teachers day i always purchase something graceful and attractive as well as useful for my favourite teacher so that the gift may came in use in her/his life and she/he remind me for whole of her/his life , me and my friends always had a craze to give away gifts to our teachers so that she/he feels that we love her/him and respect her/him.
