my korean mobile imei is blocked could u help me to resolve it

hi friends i have a korean dual sim touchscreen mobile, recently due to regulations of the telcom department authorities these handsets with repeating imei or fake imei were blocked, so i would like to get back my phone to working condition, so please help me with some idea.

Use another phone to call your carrier's custmer service center. Give them your information and explain the problem. They may or may not be able to fix it, but if regulrations were recently changed that could cause service disruption and your carrier should have more details. Withouth that Imei the phone is useless.
