well yeah in the winter we are not as happy generally, theres been loads of re-search and its to do with the hours of day-light as the sun causes certain chemicals to be released in the human body which helps our moods. In the winter less sun-light means less chemicals being released which can cause or help cause SAD (seasonal affective dis-order). So yeah its true it does happen plus its colder and you can't go out without getting wet lol. Although the snow's great ! happy xmas to you x x

With out a type of doubt I beieve in the winter blues. When its cold outside and especially if the sun is not shining it can be so depressing. In the summer time with the warmth and sunny days its a joy to behold. I love the spring and summer days. Give me sunny days with temps in the 70's at least and I'm a happy camper. To get thru the winter cold blues I need to bake alot and keep myself interested in different projects or else I can easily fall apart with nothing but gloom.
