Hello dear friends, mylotters, mere bhai/s,sister/s, I want to leave this discussion before i go. This morning this came up into my mind upon hearing kids/small children singing x-mas carols infront our house. It's fine for this season to see this kids, asking some penny. But,those kids who were begging alms on the street instead of enjoying their childhood life, instead of attending school ,or playing at the park. I wonder how those kids feel when seeing other kids enjoying the child life. I wonder what those kids were thinking about. And for those parents who allow their kids to work and stray on streets(so dangerously)...what kind of parents are they? May this season of the year bring us peace and good will to everyone. Let's share our blessings to those unfortunate ones. Have a blessed holiday dear friends

Nice topic my bonita mea...generally, if I would look back my younger years especially teenage years I could say not really enjoyable because I was not able to go with my friends after classes, playing and doing everything as part of your growing up. It was not that I was being deprived from enjoying it, it was just that my parents needed really my presence right away after our classes because I had to go home for our live stocks to attend to. Honestly I did finish my secondary years raising pigs and I am proud of it compared from our youngsters today. Yeah and I think that was only the reason why I was not completely enjoyed my teenage years. BUTTTTTTTTT! Surely if I could just turn back the hands of time it would really be so nice if I would be back again and again and again in my teenage years...yeahhh and I would never won't mine if the level or same situation would happen to me again because I am already used to it... You have a nice discussion my bonita...Happy New Year to you and your family.. Mobhomeir here...

Hello Martin, I found it very interesting amigo, raising pigs...i like pigs..they looks so cute isn't?(hehehe) I remember how i tried to escape from my grandma every time she asks me to take afternoon nap. I sneak out of the house using the back door and to my surprised,my grandma tied one pig near at the back door(i guess it is for delivery)...and the poor thing was scared when i step on it's tail,it runs here and there and i was caught by it's rope... Yes,i was caught unguarded...wahhhh...i feel down coz the rope wrapped around my ankles and my grandma also caught me(grrrrrrr) uhmnnn,i can guess why you want to bring back your teenage days...hahahaha...ok...you can still enjoy your life dear amigo. Be a teenager again..enjoy with your dear spouse

thanks my dear amigo,at least i made you smile . I can still remember when i was a kid,i always wonder how and what does it feels to grow old...now that i am getting older,i wish i can stay forever young...esp when i am with my kids, they're on their teen years. That's one thing i am thankful for marrying at the very young age too,my kids and i were always mistaken as brothers and sisters(naksss!!!) And,i am enjoying being with them,as i can relate with their genre...not everything, but almost. Have a nice day always dear

Hello lilgold, Well, that's the bad thing to think of,not taking the advantage when we had the opportunity. You know this past summer when I was babysitting this was a reflection that I had as I saw a middle child want to be the parent to help take the load off of her single mom. I was trying to impart the wisdom that we all see when we get older to this 11 year girl that there will be time enough for being an adult that right now she should focus on being a child and having fun. It is hard because many children worry and want to help out especially when they see their parents overburdened. It is just when the little girl, who is 11 gets to be in her twenties I do not want her to look back feeling like she missed out on life.

Hi Jai! I am pleased to know and read that your are using Hindi words for brother and sister. Do you know Hindi or understand bit of it? You are right that children should not be deprived of their childhood because childhood is the most important phase of one's life and everyone should get an opportunity to enjoy his/her childhood. I was lucky that I very well spent my childhood and I would be pampered by the elders in the family, because I was the eldest one in the next generation, in my extended family. Mery Christmas and Happy New Year to you! Deepak

Hello dpk, I am learning(trying at least to learn Hindi)from friends, and i hope you will also help me with it.(thanks in advance) I am also the eldest grandchild on my mother's side, and also enjoyed the pampering and best care from my mom's sisters and brothers. It is one of the stages in life that one should not missed,it will never be brought back again...and,it is also a good foundation as we grow, and mold us into who we are. Happy New Year dear
