Have you ever got a phone to inform you that you are dead?

It may seem ridiculous, and it can be pretty funny, but have you ever got a phone call to imform you that you are dead. This actually happens more than you might think. A couple of months ago, my sister got a call from my mother to let her know she was dead. As it turns out my mother had gotten a beneficiary letter from my sisters life insurance policy giving her their condolences on my sister passing, and explaining her payment information as the beneficiary of my sisters insurance policy. Except they had just had lunch together earlier in the day, and my sister was infact alive and well. Has this or anything like it ever happened to any of you?
