Is your Paypal verified? Normally it takes a verified Paypal-account to remove the limited access...

if your PayPal has been verified how come they limit your account? Do you change password or answer&question there?

Did you transfer more than $1300 to your bank account, as then they want proof that you are who you pretend you are? This is my last suggestion for a solution...

Don't ever open the link from your email, the scammers send the link from email. Go directly to paypal.com and open your paypal account. Limitations usually because you are login from different IP address. Don't worry for the limitations,it's usually ask for your ID picture, change your passwords, and change your security questions. For your security don't ever make a same password for your paypal and email. i hope this is helpful for you

More likely then not, they want your password and user name. Don't ever read those. Immediately push delete. They are a waste of time. A few times I went to the website in the email, just for fun, and the browser blocks it most of the time.

I also received the same message upon opening my paypal homepage a few weeks ago but that was all resolved now. I just wanted to know if you have addressed this already and lifted the limit to your account? All you need to do is provide valid proof of your identity to ensure that you are the owner of the paypal account. You can simply scan any photo ID you might have and upload it to the paypal resolution center and wait for at least 24 hours. I made a screenshot of my bank account billing and sent the file to paypal and the limit to my account was lifted the following day I logged onto paypal. To be sure, try sending at least 2 proofs of identity.

Have you try to solve with the wizard? Me, my friend got the same case with you. Our paypal haven't already verified yet, (we had many limitation about credit card). Only VCC (Virtual Credit Card) could verify our Paypal. To resolve the Paypal limitation, Paypal ask copy of Social Number and Credit Card. So, we can't do this with VCC and say goodbye to myaccount. Unfortunatelly, i've linked this account with my Facebook Paypal Wishlist with Fully reached $100.
