I had acupuncture once to help me stop smoking. It ultimately didn't work, but I found the experience of receiving the acupuncture very relaxing and I didn't feel the needles go in or be taken out at all. No pain whatsoever...not even a tiny bit.

I have not yet tried acupuncture for I see it very disgusting on my part to be filled with so many needles in my body parts. They say, it is painless like a bite of an ant. but, still there is pain. If you will add all those small pains over the number of needles punched in you body, then I can say it is almost the same as one big pain. it has a good medical benefits they said.. It helps release stress and remove some bad illnesses. Good relaxation too. But, for myself, I would prefer other alternatives than acupuncture.

Not yet but I would love to someday. I heard that acupuncture has plenty of health benifits and its done naturally without side effects. But I think acupuncture is not cheap here in the Philippines, probably expensive for me.
