I bet the trail that Paul found to Catherine's daughter was planted by Tucker as another part of his agenda to take over Chancellor. He could have payed the nurse to direct them to the orphanage which is no longer a church orphanage and so could be subject to his bribes or even owned by him. So the woman they find could be presented as Catherine's daughter and get some stock from Cahterine to add to what Tucker is accumulating.

Tucker seems to be nothing but trouble. I do not trust him at all. I have a bad feeling if he buys all of Catherines stocks that he will change Chancelor industries and not for the better. I have a feeling that he will fire everyone except his Jill. He seems to love her although I am sure he is using her. I too have a feeling that he knows about Catherine's daughter. I am sure he ownes the orphanage.
