How do you manage your RR in Neobux

As you guys might have read another thread i made before, i am interested in upgrading to Golden. But the major concern that i have is how do i manage my RRs? After being Golden member, i would most likely rent around 100refs every 2 weeks at first. But the more amount i rent, the higher chance to get an inactive/ bad clickers. Since neobux allows us rent once a week, so renting as much as i could is needed.
