Go Ask Alice wants only bugs!

There are well over a hundred responses to 'Go Ask Alice's first question. I went through some of them but not all are bug related responses. What do you understand by 'bug'? I understand bugs to be that which stops us from going further. For example our home page cannot be edited by Internet Explorer I need Chrome to do it.
"- Tasks - why are there so many sign-up tasks" This is not a bug. Would it not be nice if Go Ask Alice explained what a bug is so that everyone here understands it?

Lately, I just found out about Alice the new admin. And she was offering some help with regards with problems we encounter here on mylot. She was asking for the bugs etc. For me, bugs are the glitch or slight malfunction we encounter while we do our mylotting. It's actually nice of her and the mylot staff to have that kind of discussion in order to solve mylot problems. I think it will not be that bad if Alice would thoroughly explain what's the meaning of BUG. For that, people who complains know what to complain. I'll might try to ask our beloved Alice to explain what really is BUG. Happy Mylotting!
