Do you think Neobux and linkgrand should protect their old honest members?

I'm a member of Neobux and linkgrand for some time.now i could n't login linkgrand.because another member log in with the same IP.so i lose my earnings. i could login neobux,but i could n't click Ad for the same reason.i'm confused why they allow new members join with the same IP,let their old members lose their earnings of hard work?it's easy to resolve the problem.do they not want to protect their old honest member in order to save money?
