After Ondoy and Pepeng (two super typhoon that hits the Philippines this year) Mine would be " I will always throw my garbage properly no matter how small or big it may be" this is so simple to look at but very tempting to disobey.

hi, twinkle123! that's a good one. i've been doing that since i was a young girl and i have taught my kids to do the same that is why when i get home from work there's always a lot of candy wrappers in my bag. yes, i have made a "garbage bin" out of one pocket of my bag so that i won't be throwing candy wrappers just anywhere. you see, i eat candy a lot (especially on my way to work, which takes 90 minutes) and often there would be no garbage can around. my kids do the same. for my new year's resolution - well, i'll try to do the good things i haven't been doing lately, and i'll try to be more positive, more caring, more frugal, and yes, happier!

My new year's resolution is to work smarter not harder. I will look for other investment vehicles other than banks where I can put my hard earned money.

Good for you! :) Good for me, too, that I'm not the kind of person to throw little trashes on the street. It just feels awkward, like it's a big crime that I'll get beheaded for doing. I hope Ondoy and Pepeng have been enough to teach Filipinos the lesson to finally take the action to save the environment and stop doing their old ways. As for my New Year's resolution, I would do some vigorous activity daily, jump rope or something simple, because I am getting fat for not burning my calories. Advanced Happy New Year! :D
