perhaps you thinks this topic is a little bit out of fashion but it's still confused me a lot......for example when we got into the interview the fist impression was quite important and sometimes it even can influence the final decision on the company.....what do you think ?

Welcome to myLot, Mandy719. I think that its important to look one's best, especially during an interview, physical neatness, attention to detail and it shows that one takes care of themselves which translates all into the first impression. After speaking with a person, the interviewer then has a better idea of whether the person is qualified but to begin with I think when you question "beauty" for an interview, it means neatness and appearance (dressing for the part) not a physical beauty, well, depending on the job you are interviewing for. Virtue or qualities of course would be displayed during your discussion with the interviewer. As to which is more important, it surely would be considered the whole package. If you display "virtue" or qualities but are sloppy and messy, it negates the other, the vice-versa is true, you may look great but have no concept or the qualities necessary for whatever position you are applying for.
