Well its my family and that feeling can always help me in having my anger under control. I know its not easy, but thus the family helps us to learn patience and adjust the situation, which is very important for any life.

to tell you the truth i really can't control my temper when it comes to my two older sisters..especially when both of them are teasing me in the same time...i end up bursting in anger..and then rant mode...and i really hate it when they wake me up just to tell me to buy some things...i really get pissed off a lot...but i still love them..and it's not like this always happens...it's just that maybe the problem is me coz im a super moody girl...and im still thankful that we get along...

I control my anger by moving away from the place or having a glass of water to cool down my temper. But I am not the one to need it as I can control myself to any situation but the othet members of my family are not like that, when they quarrel, I have to control the situation.

Hi Mhelisa, it's funny thing about my family and my temper. I usually am a very easy going person except around my family. I think because I expect that they should know me well enough to know what things irk me and if they do it anyway then they should expect my temper. People outside of my family do not get to see that side of me. For me, it's easier to be myself and if I lose my temper, I know that my family and I will eventually work it out. This is especially true with my sister and I. We debate and lose our temper (just verbally) all the time and now it is almost comical when we start arguing, her husband just tunes us out until we resolve things. My brothers and I don't see each other often enough to "get mad" but it is pretty much the same, we can be ourselves around each other and if that means losing one's temper sometimes, its okay.

To be honest, the only immediate family members i speak to are my mom and my brother. me and my mama are constantly at each others throats bc she treats me like an illegitimate daughter. so as far as my family goes it real hard to control my temper bc of circumstances. as far as my bfs family, everybody has that one person they dont too much get along with but i love them all like they were my own.
