Music probably does more for us than we are even aware of yet. I would NOT be surprised if in the future we found out that those who listen to music are the ones who live the longest healthiest happiest lives.

Yes, indeed, very much so. Listening to music is my favorite way of relaxing and getting rid of the stresses of the day. I like listening to all kinds of music, and I have a collection of CDs. My favorite kind of music is classical music. I listen to classical music, Chopin, Mozart, Strauss, Beethoven, Brahms, every evening after I get back home from work.

for me listening to music is effective to relieve stress, of course, in this case is the classical music is not rock music or rap music. after listening to music, my feeling of exhausted reduced to 50 percent.

It matters what kind of music it is. When I listen to heavy metal I don't really get the feeling of peacefulness and calmness(I listen to it while working out), but when I listen to classical or laid back rock then yes. I think it matters what kind of music it actually is but for the most part, 90 percent of my music relaxes me.
