They say New Year New Life... What "new life" do you want to have? Or what changes in your life (physical, mental, spiritual) do you want to achieve in the year 2010?
After you have decided what to change in your life, what are your means to fulfill them? In short, what steps to take to achieve what you have resolved to do for the New Year.

I have a major new years resolution that I intend to keep. I will be quitting the cigerettes coming on the 1ST. I want to do this and I know that I will give it my all. Do you have one? Share with us..
