The Kotla pitch in New Delhi played havoc on Sunday injuring quite a few Sri Lankan players... The ICC is planning to slam a 12-24 months ban on any international match to be played at the Kotla... If that happens, Kotla will miss out on hosting any World Cup games in 2011... And as usual the blame game continues... BCCI, DDCA... the crowds were the agitated lot... got furious and started breaking the furniture at Kotla... DO you think it will be justified if Kotla gets the ban???

Hi to all.... It is really shameful that the Kotla pitch did not match up to the standards required by ICC..... There is a big chance that the Kotla pitch will get ban for atleast one year and will miss out for 2011 Cricket World Cup....... Let us hope that BCCI and DDCA wll stop the blame game and work together....... HAVE A NICE DAY!!!!!!!!! HAPPY MYLOTTING!!!!!!!!!

I am not much aware about the ICC laws, but whatever is the law, will have to be applied and we the public will have to bear it anyways. I was very dissappointed when the match was called off as i wanted to relax and watch India playing. but could not. Lets see, what happens in future, I am prepared.

A bad decesion for the cricket lovers. and a bad day for the indian cricket council too, who did not check the pitch before the play. Kotla is a famous cricket ground and deserves some repairing work. Actually there are many people of kolkata and near by places who have the only option of watching cricket at this pitch.
