Why Are My Prayers Not Answered?

never give up praying. you are not wasting your time and believe me you as well as any other human are worthy. God is busy and it is not that he is ignoring you, but bear in mind a lot of things we ask for, whether for ourselves or someone else, we can actually do ourselves. Sounds nasty. No not really. Just think about it for a minute. All of us keep on asking and asking. How many things did we ask in our prayers for, but at the end of the day we have done them ourselves. God will strenghten you in what you ask, but you will do it yourself.

no..God doesn't say no all the time. it was maybe because you doesn't deserved your prayer or maybe God has already a plan for you and it doesn't consist anything of what you had wish for. or maybe because you didn't pray hard enough. God hears your prayer, alright, and he often gives you what you had asked for in time when he sees you are worthy enough.

A friend of mine always has this attitude that whenever he ask for something and its not answered, there is always something better to come. In other words God knows best. So if ever something he asks for and it does not come, he does not really feel sad about it but rather say.. thy will be done. I am not asking you to feel the same or think the same. It is entirely up to you. But I do agree with my friend. So now, when I pray and it does not end the way I want it to be, I still thank God and think that I know that God does not want me to have this because he has something better in store for me.

Asking God for something is not like asking a Genie to make our wishes come true. Have you counted your blessings lately? or you just counted the things you didnt received? Most of us felt the same way and it seems we are not contented of what we have. Well my friend lets continue praying and believe that God will bless us in His time.
