That link has moved to http://www.goutpal.com/high-uric-acid/gout-sauna/ Although it is likely that a very small amount of uric acid is lost in sweat, it is a much lower concentration than in the blood. This means that, unless lost fluid is replaced, the concentration of uric acid in the blood can rise. This also applies to most other body fluids.

There is no relevance and significance between gout and sweat. Gout is a from of arthritis affecting the joints. Sweat is the product of our sweat glands.
