try recover my files pro if you want something professional, then you can use Get databack for NTFS. andi think the next time should you think of deleting those files, ill recommend taking a copy of those files into a DVD, then after installing the anti virus, copy everything from dvd-pc, scan &clean

That is the wrong way of doing it, if you deleted the files due to virus, recovering them will return them with the virus. The data was already altered and lost, that is why your sensitive data and important kits, should always be backed up on cd/dvd. You can also use usbsticks and removable disk drives, but a virus can alter the data if its activated on your sistem while those are connected... Luckily we can recover some data from internet or friends, or from online back up services when these things occur.

I accidentally deleted a file once but I got to restore it using a file recovery program. There is a free software from Piriform that can restore deleted files. It is called Recuva. It is really good for a free software. http://www.piriform.com/recuva But I don't think you can recover a file if it was infected by a virus. Even if you mange to recover it there's a high probability that that file is already corrupted.

go to system restore of your computer to recover your lost file. then download kaspersky anti virus to detect the virus you want to delete without deleting your important files...
