Anyone a member of allvoices.com? I need help!

I just logged on allvoices for the first time in a few days, and the points section was gone. I spent a while trying to earn all of those points, but now they are gone and I cant figure what out happened. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

Ah, it's a citizen journalism website. Do they pay their contributors? I used to write news clips for Digital Journal.
