A year has almost past as if it were just a few days. I have been in my university for two and half years, but I feel it passed so quickly. I can remember so clearly the days I came to this university and the activities we did during the military trainning. The 2010 is in the corner.A new year comes! How time flies!

Time doesn't fly, our minds are busy, and our awareness increases to see the time fly. We are all living in a fast paced world, working constantly to make money, and in the mean time our idle minds are busy with work, and we lose the awareness of time. When we snap out of it, we realize how fast time has passed. Actually, it's not how fast time paces, it's how unaware we have been of time. If you sit and watch the whole day, only yourself, doing nothing, for a week or a month, then you would see the passing of time, and also realize, in the process who you are. Try it some time. You will see what remains permanent in the process of the passing hours, days and weeks. I have done this many times, and now I feel, time is nothing but just an illusion. If we live in a small village or town or in some mountain, we won't have anything to do, and we would hardly ever realize if time is passing so fast, as we feel in urban cities. It's the energy of the place that makes the difference and people are always rushing, and have no time, because they are piled up with work, and then responsibilities at home, and no time to sleep. So, man loses track of time when he is made so busy.

Yes, what you said is exactly right. A year is always a year but our minds feel different. Life is so much mysterious. When you are alone and do nothing ,you feel time passes slowly, but when you are busy you feel time passes so quickly. When you ars sad or gloomy, time passes slowly, but when you are happy time passes quickly. Such is life!
