You can try using yellow pages/directory on the internet. For example type "person finder" in your search engine, then results will appear on your page. Some site will ask you to fill up some informations of the person you are looking for such as name, adress and e-mail address. You can also try to find him/her in social internet network such as Facebook, Friendster and Myspace. Hope my inputs can somehow help you.
