There are so many companies inBangalore and Hyderabad dealing with software. You should catch hold of one or two guys and they will give first hand information. Also contact the Dept of Industries and Commerce Directorate. They will have a project report (model) you can follow that.

If one works one or two years in a software company, one can get first hand information rather than any theoretical information.
