We're not doing much drinking, because we're babysitting my sisters kids. But I thought a few fun drinks might be in order, particularly the kind that can be made without the alcohol so the kids can enjoy a special drink as well. I have two in mind, but I haven't decided which one to go with. I'll probably just get the stuff to make both. Pina Kahlua: in a blender combine 8 oz. pina colada mix, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, a tablespoon of crushed pineapple with juice, a few ice cubes, a couple of shots of kahlua. Blend and serve. The amount of alcohol is entirely up to you. Creamsicle: in a blender, combine 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, 2 scoops orange sherbet, a few ice cubes and a couple of shots of vodka. Blend and serve topped with whipped cream and a cherry or a mandarin orange slice. If you omit the vodka, add a little bit of milk. Mom wants me to pick up some mojito mix while I'm out as well, she's in the mood for a mojito tomorrow. I might also grab some bloody mary mix, since I love a good bloody mary. So what might you be serving tomorrow night?

Those sound good! Seeing hubby's @ work & we have not baby sitter anyway.... I probably won't have anything. Though hubby was a doll & bought some Smirnoff Ice Grape for me a few days back.
