I lost my keys and access card... While my room mate was going back home... I can't enter my flat by normal way. It means I have to jump from my neighbour flat. Anyone wanna share a sadness thing about losing something important? Like losing money, cellphone, etc...

I lost my wallet. What sucked about that is I simply couldn't go get a new drivers license because I'm a permanent resident... I had to pay $400 to get a replacement green card with immigration and go through 4 hours of interrogation on why I didn't have id (they don't pay attention very well - obviously I didn't have id because I lost my wallet and couldn't get new id until I had a new green card - grrrr). Then I had to wait 3 months for the darn thing to come in before I could get a replacement social security card and replacement drivers license. Do you know how hard it is to cash your paycheck with no id? It was so frustrating.

I'm really sorry to hear that... If you are permanent resident, it means you are foreigner... I know how hard it is... I'm also foreigner in Singapore. The most saddest thing in losing stuff is to lose wallet... Last time, I use chained wallet. Where, this kind of chain can be a style/model for guy. The chain ties wallet and your pants/trousers' belt. Looks cool!!! This thing also become a security stuff to avoid pickpocket. You can try it!!! ~(^__^)

It's okay - I finally got it taken care of! I've seen those chains for wallets around. Now I always put my wallet in my purse instead of just carrying it around, but I'm always worried that I'm going to forget my purse somewhere!
