What is the biggest turnoff for you?

turn off - Oh no!

This doesn't apply only to the people that you would date. This goes for all people that you want to be with. For me... Bad hygiene. Of course he has to look and smell good. Presentable, at least. You don't wanna be with someone who doesn't regularly take a bath. Someone who picks his nose in public? Oh no. He's gotta do that in the restroom. Another for me is lack of intelligence. I mean, not in an academic way, I just want to be with people who can start a good conversation and talk about sensible things. How about you? What turns you off the most?

Hiya mjcookie, Just be with People that are easy going and they are hard to come by. The ones that come over too strong are the ones I keep away from I like to enjoy myself and not get weighed down by these People and their rantings and ravings. Conversations are the best with People sometimes who you don´t even know. You just hit it off with them first time around.

Yes, I know, I don't like conceited people, too. I've seen a lot of them, and yes, that attitude turns me off as well.

Hiya mjcookie, Also worked with them too and that´s hard when you have to sit right next to them for eight whole hours in one stretch. You can´t get away from them even if you wanted to.

That's bad. It's really hard coping with those people, they can be really irritating. When I come across them I just ignore them because attention is gonna feed them even more.

We have the same preference. In addition to that I dont like uncleaned fingernails, someone who has bad breath and underarm odor. I also dont like someone who doesnt have table manners.

my biggest turn off is when someone sneezes out without a tissue or into their arm and i happen to be near them! i also dislike it when someone says to me i'll call or email you and they either don't or take there good ole time responding or emailing me. i don't like excuses people give me instead of saying exactly what they mean to say. i am hurt when i don't get the support for my health issues and i am told you only care about yourself....

Oh that's really disgusting! But that can be more tolerable esp. when they really have no hankies with them. A sneeze is involuntary after all, what's worse is when they consciously blow their nose with their bare hands. And they do it in public, ugh! Gross. Oh, I'm sorry about that. Hope they understand you next time.

Whatever language on speaks in they should talk correctly and when they dont it turns me off specially when they speak in broken English. It speaks a lot of someone who does that. Another think that puts me off is when one makes noises while eating and talks while eating too ugh!!

People who talk way too loud. The kind who have no indoor voice. If I want to listen to you, I will listen to you. Its just as simple as that. In fact, if you're shouting, it less likely that I'll listen to you. I'll be annoyed and block the majority, if not all of what you say out of your mouth. So people who talk loud all the time, screaming and shouting is a big turn off for me.

Well, they could have hearing problems. But some people do that for attention--they're gonna talk really loud just to make people look at them, not knowing that they just piss them off with that. They can be very stressful.

i am turned off to the people who are bad breath, who are trying hard, who are flirt and plastic.

The thing is, most people who have bad breath are not even aware that they have it. Someone has to be really cruelly honest to tell them about it. It is a medical problem so you really cannot hate him or her for that. :) And yeah, flirtatious people can be really annoying when they go overboard. However, a good number of guys want girls to make the first move--it just depends on how they do it.

For me, people who lie. Especially people who lie when there is nothing to lie about. Like... for example, they drive a 1970 car but tell people it's a 1968. *eye roll* And know-it-alls, especially the ones who really don't so they make things up instead. I guess that takes us back to the lying when there's no real reason to lie. Just say you don't know and get on with life!!!

For me, the biggest turnoff is stupidity. I can't stand stupid people, especially ones that cannot hide their lack of brains. The ones that always ask stupid things or the ones that shout in a loud voice something completely incorrect while thinking that they are the wisest people ever. A person might be stupid, okay...but please, try not to show other people, how dumb you are.
