I love fb as much as the next person but I know I spend WAY too much time on it. I sometimes think my life would be far more productive without it but I believe I am addicted and would suffer major withdrawals. Does anyone else feel my frustration?

I'm on facebook. However, I do not spend that much time on it. In fact, only a few times a week. Its nice and all. However, there are other things that I perhaps spend a bit too much time doing online. So, I feel your pain on that regard.

I spend a lot of time on facebook but am not addicted or anything like that because I can go without it for a little amount of time (I think!). I say a little amount of time because I would hate to lose it for a long time. Before I started going on facebook I never went out and had very few friend but now I have been able to get in touch with old friends from school and relations who I did not have much contact with. Rather than phoning or texting we tend to use facebook more now to arrange nights out etc.
