How to the angryness suddenly...? Is there any way to keep control of it..?

yes learn to be more patient,observant and understanding,learning to relax,stop let little issuses,build an argument stop paying to much attention to unecessary things,start loving god by understanding more about god and how to connect with god with the soul of u,stop pretending and be more truthfull,living in truth everday helps in making u relax more,the more relax u become the more patient and observant u r, anger can b easily dealt with if u understand the nature,of what arouses u to get angry easily,anger is a force when understood how to use it can be used for the sake of good,it is a energy within,that gives u the drive to move with power,understanding this power and generating in the right,way can make u develop a power within u never knew u had,love as simple as u c this word love the power it contains is the power of god because god is love,and love is the creative power that is used to create all things

Well, the first and foremost is the person who angers quickly needs to want to change this aspect of themself. Second, they need to be willing to look at themselves and find "what" triggers the outbursts, then look at the triggers to find the root of the anger. Once the root is discovered, healing can begin and balance restored. Meditation, counseling, guidance, and yoga style exercise are all ways to start the path. It is a lot of hard work and will take time. A support person or group is a good idea too.
