near death experieces

I feel like there were a couple of times in life where I rolled my dice and came out better. One time was when I was younger I almost drowned. That was a pretty scary experience, considering I was conscious for a while before I slipped under water, before I started to fade a bit, but thankfully I was brought above. Then there was one time where I was so sick that I thought this might be it. Every moment of my existence hurt, I could barely breathe and when I did, it hurt like you would not believe. It may have been that was delirious because of the illness but I thought I saw bright lights too. So yeah, not fun and not a pleasant experience.
