Do you have any good ways to help a myopia about eating noodles?

When I became a junior student,I become a myopia at the same time.I wear thick glasses now and it' really troubled me.I feel uncomefortable when I eat noodles in winter everytime,because I can't see anything as the heat air attaached to my glasses. To make matters worse,I can't take off my glasses,Iif I do this, I almost can't see anything. But I really like eating noodles,maybe once a day.So do you have any ways to help me about how to eating noodles with my glasses on? oOr maybe you're a myopia and you once faced the same problem? Tell me your experience ,please.

I think there's no solution to your problem, the alternative you have to wait until the noodles are not to hot, do not be too much hot air out. Perhaps with a contact lens, have you tried ?

Oh no! Don't eat cold noodles if they're meant to be hot! That's no fun _

Yes ,I once had tried many times,but sometimes I can't wait to eat it.Maybe I should change to eat cold noodles.Anyway ,thank you for your suggestion.

From what I know, sun glasses for anti fogging, is have effect if we used it for outside door exercises, like climbing. But for this case, I don't know.
