do you atually drink 8 cups of water per day?

it is said a person is made up of almost 70% of water. It is important that a person will require 8 cups of water, not including all other juice and soda, but 8 cup of plain water to stay healthy! to neutralize the acidic substance in the body and to cleanse the stomach and so on....! So i always tried my best to drink 8 cup of waters...but just never be able to do! any of you could drink that much of water per day? or even more?

well. you shouldn't be so hard on yourself.. you have pace it out well. there is something called water therapy which has been known to reduce the risk or even cure chronic ailments.. when you wake up in the morning. try drinking a lot of water..it will purify your body and mind... then small quantities of water at regular intervals.. that will keep you fit for a long time..

that is interesting...i tried to pace myself throughout the whole day...buy it doesn't seem to get me to 8 cups...hahahah...but what you said is interesting!

I drink around 6 glasses of water everyday. I don't want to be too hard on myself reaching 8.
