Now that we have already 2010, people would usually have new year resolutions which also involves their health like I will stop smoking for this new year or have a healthier lifestyle. What about you? Did you include your health in the list?

Me and my husband have the same resolution this year. From about July to Oct. we were in the gym everynight, eating very healthy and just treating ourselves very good. I lost a good 20 pounds. We went on a cruise in Sep., when we came home we went completely downhill, I gained most of my weight back, so for 2010 we are going to get back in the gym and eating right again so that by the time the summer gets here we look the way we want to look.

Hi Jilly0321! Good luck to you and your husband about your new year resolution. I have a big problem when it comes to going to the gym. I do not get motivated. I am hoping to get into a sport that I will be involved so that I don't get the feeling that I 'need' to be fit. Good luck again!

This year I won't be making any New Year resolutions at all. I used to do resolutions every year but most of the time I always fails to attain it. Resolutions like working hard on career or academics or quitting smoking are really helpful one but they are certainly very tough to attain. I never stuck to them.In fact I forget about the resolution after someday. So its better if I didn't make any this year... Still,I decided to put on some weight because I am an under weight person and I am losing weight very rapidly. Certainly I would like to have a healthy 2010.

Happy New Year to you! It sure is hard to keep new year resolutions really. I have tried it a couple of times but to no avail. Like you, I either end up breaking them or forgetting them. This 2010 is about being healthy I believe. Cheers to us to stay healthy!

I did ask that I would stop smoking at the first of the year. I also want to lose some weight. To come right out ask for better health I believe by stop smoking and loosing weight is asking to be more healthier. Would agree with that.. Good discussion. Have a nice day and keep smiling.

I do have a few resolutions as well. I am hoping to lose weight too. Try and keep a healthier lifestyle that can maybe increase our chance of having a baby. You have a nice day too!
