i came across an interview question...identify your strength and weaknesses...i could name few, that is i'm well computer literate,but not that affectively in verbal communication. given a task i could plan well and able to complete within or ahead of given time frame. however, those are just my thought of what my strength and weaknesses are...are those really my own strength and weaknesses...then come to think of it...am i really capable of answering the questions?

We better know our strengths and weaknesses so that we use our strengths and deal with the weaknesses. My managerial ability has brought me where I am and my emotional approach to situations have given me problems with regard to relationships be it family, friends or neightbours!

It's a hard question. When it comes to my personality traits I am a stickler for being early or on time. I can not stand to be late. My fault is that I make a small thing into a big deal if I think it is important whether it is or not. As an interview question its a lot harder because you don't want to say anything bad about yourself but you have to. I am a fast learner and I love to work. The more I work the happier I am (Yes, I know I am weird). My weakness is that I have to be told what to do for awhile before I am confident enough to do everything on my own (about a week and I am good to go.) Hard question that people love to ask, unfortunately. If you think about past jobs and what was praised and what was pointed out it should help you find your own answers. Good luck!
