Close neighbour or else- how about your neighbourhood?

Recently a new neighbour move here. My former neighbour lived here for a long time. I often come home lately, they could told me some information which I should know. When my pipe was breaken they could help me. Meanwhile I could help their child.We could go shopping and share food together. We often chat and help each other. And this neighbour is not as good as former one. They ofen make some noise in the morning. How's your eighbour?

In fact, we are not familiar with my neighbours,i moved to the flat last year, because i always go for work early and go home late,so i don't see them frequently.In this matter, there is less communication with us.
