I'm in a dilemma here. Nothing seems to be right and I get angry very very often on people. It seems i am loosing it slowly and nothing seems to go the way i want. I dont say that everything should go my way, but atleast something out of everything. Do i need psychic counselling? Some one please suggest me something.

No, you do not need any counselling. What you need is a bit me time. Not me,JUST KIDDING, YOURSELF. you need to take the time to find yourself, It is not so hard. Go sit in a quit place and let your mind go. Look for your faults and shortcomings, sort them out and come to terms with them. People need to trust and respect you, so you will have to work to earn it and that is the only thing. You take on to much, you should learn to relax as well.

Hi anurag, you are still very young . This is a normal phase that most youngsters go through, so don't worry unnecessarily and feel depressed.I have two youngsters at home who used to and still behave in exactly the same manner.Afterall you cannot be born perfect and life is a continuous learning process , we cannot know everything at any age, no one did.We all went through these different phases in life.Forget all your worries and try to keep your temper in check and enjoy life with your family and friends, later when you look back these will be the most precious years of your life...all the best and have nice weekend

Hi anurag, I think the young generation is loosing their patience and there is nothing unusual. Now all people are getting angry very easily. So first believe that there is nothing wrong with you. Please try to enjoy your hobbies and have some good friends and share your problem with them. If you really wish to change your habit then it will be possible very easily. Hi anurag, Maybe its time for you to have a soul searching. You might need some precious time to be quite ponder all the bad habits you have, the way you think, speak with others and act after that try to realize what are the negative effects these unworthy attitudes would give you. Ask yourself will these attitude of being angry often do you good or will just lead you to your own emptiness? I believe you are in a situation of denial and confussion in whatever form. You seem to be so sensitive to the whole world. Try to fight your feelings and emotions, relax sometimes make friends and meet new people. Keep that smile and positive outlook always in you.

Some periods in life goes through this kind of phase where nothing seems to be going right for us. But this is the time one needs to be patient. Analyze what you want to do and what you want to achieve in life. Then think how you can achieve it. No matter what you want to achieve it never compare it with others' achievement. What gives you happiness? Think about it. True happiness comes from true achievement. True achievement comes from true hard work and smart work. Try to interact with people who have a very interesting outlook towards life. Never allow negative thinking to affect you. And never ever allow discouraging Vicissitudes to affect your thinking. Definitely consult a good psychiatrist, if you want. And read some inspirational books. Autobiographies of people who struggled a lot yet succeeded in life. Slowly change your attitude towards things that happen. And always take this view: MAKING GOOD THING OUT OF ANYTHING! Happy Mylotting!
